Quebec invited 502 immigrants to apply for permanent selection August 19.
The Ministere de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Integration (MIFI) issued invitations under the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP).
Candidates must have registered their Expression of Interest in Quebec’s online registration portal Arrima.
An EOI is a preapplication screening process. This allows Quebec to choose from immigrants interested in Quebec and invite them to submit an application.
This draw is just one week after Quebec hosted its largest Arrima draw ever.

What is the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program?
QSWP is for skilled workers that are more likely to make a living in the province. This program is very popular with international graduates and skilled workers.
You will be evaluated differently if you want to settle in Quebec than applicants from other parts of Canada.
Candidates invited to apply to permanent selection must do it within six months of the date that you submitted all required information. All forms and documents are included.
If successful, you will get a Certificat de selection du Quebec (CSQ or Quebec Selection Certificate). This document can be used to apply for permanent residence with the Canadian federal government.
